DESIGN GUIDELINES
Providing a key design framework and guidelines for future development, especially when multiple parties are involved, are essential to ensuring the desired outcome of the master plan over time.
Having trained architects as part of our team has allowed us to develop guidelines that have been tested in real developments with outstanding success. This deep knowledge of building requirements, codes, and servicing has allowed new development based on these guidelines to produce superb results that enhance the building form and massing, their materials, and the public realm.
We have been involved in successful streetscape guidelines for major cities such as San Diego and San Jose. One important aspect of this work is how well we integrate guidelines with existing public works requirements.
