With the growth of the Central Valley and the City of Davis exceeding its jobs/housing balance, a new development is taking a new step with its plans for a new transit orientated mixed-use facility and district. The Project entails more than 250 units of new market rate and affordable housing within a redevelopment of an existing office/research center.

To develop the transit potential and to plan the re-use of approximately 14 surrounding acres, Fulcum Development hired Pinto Partners+ Partners to create an innovative site plan and design guidelines to enhance and redevelop an existing research park that had been constructed in the 1980’s. The plan integrates mass transit into a development of housing, offices, and retail centered on a new open space and community facility. The facility and district will be a new place to gather, to shop, to live, and to do business.
